Hendrik is the Chief Operating Officer at Oliver Parks, overseeing global operations, streamlining internal processes, and driving innovation across the business. With a background in executive search dating back to 2010, he brings a deep understanding of the industry, now focused on enabling scalable, efficient growth through operational excellence and strategic leadership.

Prior to his current role, Hendrik spent over a decade advising clients across Germany on executive-level hiring, supporting a wide range of organisations in building high-performing leadership teams. His blend of commercial experience and operational focus allows him to bridge client needs with the internal capabilities required to deliver exceptional results.

Originally from Germany, Hendrik holds a Master of Science in International Business from Manchester Metropolitan University and a Diplom-Kaufmann from Hochschule Bochum. This international academic foundation, paired with years of hands-on experience, gives him a unique perspective on people, performance, and business transformation.

Outside of work, Hendrik is a devoted Manchester United fan, a fitness enthusiast, and a lifelong football lover. He also enjoys reading biographies—especially those that explore leadership, resilience, and growth.
